For eight long-lasting years, the Euromaidan State has been built, or destroyed, right against a whole part of the Ukrainian people, identifiable by their deep ties with Russia. The resulting regime of oppression is analyzed here in a concrete way: the territory, the key facts, the protagonists, the structures, the ways of thinking and acting.
The vast majority of Westerners discover through the current war that a civil war is raging in Ukraine since 2014 in the east of the country.
Who does not understand the origins of this war does not understand anything about the current conflict.
The peaceful coexistence in Ukraine preceding 2014 was based on a balance whose fragility can be read in the geography of a 1000 miles wide territory from East to West.
In 2001, 30% of Ukrainians were native Russian speakers, mainly located in the east and south. The Kiev capital was representative of the nation, with a proportion of 25%.
Ukraine has been an independent nation for only thirty years, following the fall of the wall and its separation from the Soviet bloc. The Eastern populations of Ukraine have lived several centuries under Tsarist Russia, a century under the Soviet Union, and a few decades under independent Ukraine.
The historical, cultural and political bipolarization can be clearly seen on the electoral map of the 2012 presidential elections, where President-elect Viktor Yanukovych has a large majority in the eastern and southern regions.
This complementary map shows the regions of Volhynia and Galicia, cradles of anti-Soviet nationalism – which were under Polish authority until 1939 – , and at opposite side, the Donbass; frontier with Russia is 700 miles long.
The founding massacres of the Euromaidan coalition
In 2013, President Viktor Yanukovych announced an economic rapprochement with Russia, which was not well received by the EU and NATO, nor by certain Ukrainian parties and citizens.
The 2014 « Revolution of Dignity », very active in Kiev and the western half of Ukraine, starts as always from a broad discontent, in a weak State where oligarchic corruption is prominent.
For a time, the protests were peaceful. To what extent are they by the United States ? Secretary of State Victoria Nuland admits that « the United States has invested some $5 billion in Ukraine since 1991…to support the aspirations of the Ukrainian people for a strong, democratic government that represents their interests, » swearing hand on heart that it was not used to « support the Maidan. »
As early as November 2013, three months before the overthrow, Party of Regions deputy Oleg Tsarov declared in the Verkhnovda Rada parliament:
« Activists of the organization « volya » turned to me to provide clear evidence that within our territory, with the support and direct assistance of the U.S. Embassy, the Techcamp project is installed and carried out, under which preparations are made for a civil war in Ukraine. The Techcamp project prepares specialists for information warfare and discrediting institutions using modern media. »
While the protest seemed to calm down, the situation escalated along January 2014 with the appearance of very well organized urban guerrilla groups. Kiev turned into a real battlefield, with on one side the forces of law and order, on the other the paramilitary factions of Praviy Sektor, associated with the « Maidan self-defense » cells supervised by the « Maidan commander » Andreiy Parubiy, former leader of the Nazi-sounding « Social-Nationalist » party.
In addition to the street fighting, live ammunition was fired on 18 and 19 February, killing and injuring many rioters and policemen (the « Berkuts »). President Yanukovych managed to sign a truce with the political leaders of the Maidan opposition at the last minute.
By way of a truce, the day of February 20 ended in carnage, with about fifty deaths from sniper fire. Party leaders Vitaliy Klychko (UDAR) and Arseniy Yatseniuk (« United Opposition ») were quick to blame the Berkuts, after which President Yanukovych fled abroad.
This version of a slip-up by the security forces is still supported today by the Western media, despite the contradictory information spread by their own journalists, many of whom did valuable field work on that day.
The most serious and complete investigation was carried out by political science PhD Ivan Katchanovski, Ukrainian citizen working for Ottawa University. He immediately gathered, with an eye to completeness, the available evidence:
« The qualitative content analysis includes the following data: About 1,500 videos and recordings of live Internet and television broadcasts in mass and social media from different countries (about 150 gigabytes), reports and social media posts of more than 100 journalists covering the massacre from Kiev, about 5,000 photos and nearly 30 gigabytes of publicly available radio intercepts of snipers and commanders of the special Alfa unit of the Security Service of Ukraine and internal troops, as well as recordings of the trial of the Maidan massacre. This study also draws on field research at the site of the massacre, eyewitness reports from both Maidan protesters and commanders of government special units, statements from former and current government officials, estimates of approximate ballistic trajectories, bullets and weapons used, and types of injuries to both protesters and police. This study establishes an accurate chronology of the various events of the massacre, the location of the government shooters and snipers, and the specific timeline. »
The 80-page study, supplemented by two thorough video cuts of in situ testimony (here and there), based on explicit methods proven in academic settings, is available by simple registration via e-mail at academia.edu :
To understand the situation, here is a refined plan: the demonstrators progress according to the yellow dotted lines in the direction of the public buildings (in red) guarded by the « berkuts », the Grand hotel Ukraina is facing the white cross on the right of the protestors:
The map with reconstituted snipers locations and shootings (map 1) is more extended:
Main conclusions of the study of Dr Ivan Katchanovski:
- About fifteen sites occupied by Maidan « volunteers » (red stars on plan 1) are in the area from which sniper shootings appear to have occurred. In addition to the medical expertise that points out the origins, many wounded and witnesses have confirmed them under oath in the court of Kiev, in 2017 (see statements of 47 wounded here, witnesses here, inconsistencies of official expertise there).
Some of the injured have retracted their initial statements, which is not surprising given that the legitimacy of the Maidan overthrow, which they supported, is at stake.
– Government snipers (alpha and omega units) are located on ministerial buildings or in the street (yellow stars), while much of their identified fire (yellow lines) are directed at suspected sniper sites (at least one was apparently wounded or killed, and evacuated by Maidan commanders).
– A multitude of testimonies and images attest to the fact that the first to be shot at are policemen (Berkuts), early in the morning (well before 9 am), especially from the Conservatory of Music, which is mainly occupied by pro-Maidan militiamen from Praviy Sektor units (i.e. Right Sector).
- The first dead and wounded were berkuts. The rioters opened fire.
- The official « alpha » and « omega » snipers were deployed after the berkuts were fired upon, while they were retreating.
- Strategically located, the Ukraïna hotel (surrounded by a purple rectangle on map 1) is almost entirely controlled by the Maïdan defenders, who keep a close watch on the accesses. Many Maidan activists engaged on Instytuts’ka Street noticed that the shots were coming from this hotel, while they were shot in the back.
- « The different types of evidence analyzed from such a theoretical perspective indicate that the armed groups and leaders of the far-right organizations, such as Right Sector and Svoboda, as well as oligarchic parties, such as Fatherland, were directly or indirectly involved in various capacities in this massacre of demonstrators and policemen. This mass killing was a successful false flag operation, organized and carried out by elements of the Maidan leadership and hidden armed groups in order to win the asymmetric conflict during the « Euromaidan », and to seize power in Ukraine. This study also provides a rational explanation for the failure of the government investigation to find and prosecute those directly involved in this mass killing, as well as the falsification of the investigation.”
[The record presented by the prosecutor in 2016 is indeed appallingly empty; he is not even able to explain why Officer Berkut Pavlo Abroskin is in prison. Because there must be a « culprit », probably].
« However, the specific nature and degree of involvement of each of these political organizations and some of the armed leaders and protesters remains unclear. By its nature, such a false-flag massacre could only have been organized and carried out by a small number of leaders and protesters of the Maidan. »
- None of the leaders of « Maidan self-defense » groups were injured or killed. Yet:
« Some Svoboda MPs were filmed in the area of the massacre or in the shooters line of fire from the Ukraina Hotel, Arkada and Zhovtnevyi, although this was irrational from the point of view of personal safety, because information about the shooters in these places was available from the wounded Maidan demonstrators and other witnesses, as well as in announcements of the Maidan scene. »
In other words, nationalist leaders venture into dangerous terrain without fear, and are never targeted by snipers.
Another Svoboda leader is filmed by the BBC « guarding, together with some Maidan demonstrators, the entrance to the stairs and elevators of the [Ukraina] hotel« , without any sign of panic, while at the same time members of his own « Svoboda Maidan self-defense unit were massacred by snipers on that side of the hotel« .
The researcher deduces: « But these actions become rational if these Svoboda deputies acted either knowingly or on orders as part of the false flag operation.”
We are only scratching the surface of the pile of converging evidence on which Dr. Katchanovski relies to assert, with full confidence, that this was a false flag massacre.
This dense bundle of evidence reveals the sacrificial nature of the coup: dozens of Maidan activists were almost certainly shot in the back or on the sides by « friendly » fire: below, the activist who tries to bring back his wounded comrade is pierced in the leg by a single bullet that lodges in the other leg. Difficult feat for the berkuts in front of him, but pure feat of cruelty for those who also shoot the comrade-rescuers.
Below can be seen a street-medic wounded by the same weapon that killed the one he was rescuing, according to the ballistic expertise, coming from the Ukraina hotel or from the Arkada bank.
The « commander of Maïdan » Andreiy Parubiy is filmed on April 1 in front of the Dnieper Hotel (or Dnipro, marked 18 at the top of map 1), after he was promoted as Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council. He supervises the evacuation of the Praviy Sektor militia’s equipment, which is quite well equipped. Despite the occupation of the Conservatory of Music, their violin skills did not strike people’s minds. The long, flat suitcases are said by some to contain long-range sniper rifles.
Andreiy Parubiy has been rewarded by the Maidan coalition, which is notable for its four ministers from the ultra-nationalist racist party Svoboda, including the deputy Prime minister and minister of Defense. The position of Kiev’s Prosecutor General is also attributed to a member of Svoboda, Oleg Machnitizki, who took in charge the massacre investigation.
German journalists easily identified the Ukraina hotel as the hub of the massacre, and managed to interview the prosecutor.
« Do you know that there were also snipers in the Ukraina Hotel? »
Machnitzki, caught off guard: « … We are being investigating this issue« .
A few seconds earlier, however:
“We can tell who are truly the responsible of these snipers shots: former President Ianoukovitch…“
Thus, they know who « is responsible » for the shootings without knowing where a large part of the lethal shots came from. In mathematics, this is called proof by the absurd… of guilty bad faith.
Two weeks after the overthrow, a conversation between Urmas Paet and Catherine Ashton, foreign affairs officials of Estonia and the EU, is captured; Paet states that « it is becoming increasingly clear that behind the snipers it was not Yanukovich, but someone from the new coalition« , and that bullets of « the same type » hit civilians and police. This is the last time we will hear European leaders talk about the case, unwittingly.
Fortunately, in the West, reality is not worth a penny, while the fables maintained by the media and politicians amount pure gold.
Unfortunately for the Ukrainians, the consequences are frontal, and the nature of the coup d’état has not escaped everyone’s attention….
May 2, 2014, Massacre in Odessa
Ukrainians are not unaware that the Svoboda party, based in the country’s far west, was built on a racist nationalism whose anti-Semitism has conveniently faded, leaving the field open to an atavistic detestation targeted at Russia and the « moskals ». Seeing their doubts confirmed by the wiretaps of Paet and Ashton on the criminal shenanigans in view of the coup d’état, a large proportion of Ukrainian citizens smell the threat down to their roots. Russian speakers and/or anti-fascists are obviously the first to react, but the range of citizenship is wide.
They naturally take as an injustice or provocative insult the abolition of the law on regional languages, which gave Russian an official status according to the wishes of the local population. The peaceful and determined protests in the east and south grew in number, and then hardened as the repression continued, makint it clearer and clearer that no democratic concessions would be made.
The prosperous, peaceful and multicultural city of Odessa was temporarily spared from the repressive wave. The protest is organized there on the Kolikovo field, where a permanent place of debate is set up, with the support of deputies of the Party of Regions. A consensus is formed around a solution of lesser evil, to establish a federal model with strong regional autonomies, through referendum decision.
On May 2, 2014, a horde of soccer ultras, suddenly turned away from their passion, forsaking the stadium to storm into Odessa. The previous days, hundreds of Praviy Sektor militiamen had come from the oblasts of Kiev and Dnipropetrovsk in particular, by bus and train. They can be spotted by their accoutrements, tattoos, attitudes, and their salute with fascist overtones, which was used before the Maidan era only by Ukrainian-Western ultranationalists:
« Glory to Ukraine! », to which the alter responds: « Glory to the Heroes! », three times preferably and in chorus if the heart or guts are right. [Phonetic translation: Slava Ukrayini! … Heroyam slava!]
The day of violence and provocation, in which snipers had a field day in the indifference of senior police officers, resulted first in two deaths among the ranks of the Mayan supporters, then in an unknown number of defenders of Kolikovo, to end with a horrific massacre in the House of Trade Unions, where more than 40 Odessites opposed to the Maidan government were massacred.
Many people are still missing, so there could be more than a hundred dead.
The details of the facts, provocations, actors and exhibits are analyzed at length here, in four sequences:
- Phase of the movement of Euromaidan forces to Odessa.
- Deadly riots downtown.
- Convergence of thousands of rioters towards the Kulikovo field and massacre at the House of Trade Unions.
- Arbitrary repression and crushing of the Odessa protest by the Euromaidan regime.
In contrast to the Kiev massacre, the testimonies, which are very extensive, come from surviving anti-Maidan activists or relatives. The reading of the survivors’ book « I saw the death » is an unparalleled way to imagine the reality. The complexity of the facts makes it more difficult to establish formal evidence in accordance with judicial standards. Nevertheless, an investigation under the rule of law would certainly identify most of the chain of command involved in the execution of this horrible massacre, described as a « pogrom » by many witnesses; this would require first of all that the threats of repression and death suffered by the terrorized witnesses be stopped.
In the city center, the first two people to be shot dead were supporters of Maidan. All observations lead to the conclusion that they were sacrificed in the same way as in Kiev, with different consequences: in Kiev, the result was to put the responsibility on the police, and therefore on the government and the president. In Odessa, the anti-Maidan were supposed to take the blame for the death of the pro-Maidan, and to provoke their anger, thus creating the conditions for the implementation and coverage of the massacre orchestrated by « certain authorities« , according to the own words of the Kiev Prosecutor General, a member of Svoboda.
While several police and secret police units (SBU) were present in the city center, which was suddenly cleared of rioters, they were not sent to the burned-out House of Trade Unions. It will take an hour for large troops to be dispatched, and they will remain very passive for a long time, once on the spot. It is impossible that the Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov does not closely follow the events, and it would be surprising if the head of the executive, Yatseniuk, was not informed in real time.
- In Kiev, successful coup and Maidan coalition power take-off.
- In Odessa, crushing of the protest by terror and subsequent arbitrary arrests.
In both cases, in all likelihood, the doctrine « The end justifies the means » is applied, excluding any consideration of decency and humanity. In Odessa, the enemy to be killed being directly targeted, the fanatical executors showed a cruelty and a bestiality without limits, devolved to the icy and inhuman will of the orderers, or unconsciously led into a murderous madness.
[Haggard or demented looks seem to attest to the use of drugs according to survivors, who also testify to bursts of humanity among the improvised and manipulated murderers.]
- On the altar of Kiev, the murdered berkuts are forgotten, and the sacrificed martyrs are erected by the commanders to the rank of « celestial centurion », heroes of the nation in Euromaidan remodeling.
- On the Odessa pyre, the bestial killing of the « enemies » of the Euromaidan nation is brandished as a signal of terror to the face of all Ukrainians who would dare to obstruct its erection.
The great fork in the people’s road
Meanwhile, in Kiev, the supporters of the maidan and the « maiduns », the name given by the odessites to the « ultras » and violent Banderists, live a completely different story.
On March 15, 2014, the philosopher Marc Sagnol wonders:
« How to explain, how to understand this juxtaposition, this symbiosis sometimes between liberal and pro-European opponents, citizen movements that fight against corruption and even present themselves as rather left-wing, and these far-right, ultra-nationalist and fascist paramilitary groups, which we see preparing on the Khrechtchatik in « columns » of 10 or 12 members ready to storm the barricades? I am talking with friends in Kiev. « It doesn’t bother you to be with these people? » « No, it doesn’t matter, they will calm down« , they usually answer me. In the meantime, they are the ones who took by force the city hall of Kiev, the ministry of agriculture, the building of the union of trade unions, their HQ, and it doesn’t bother anyone.”
Kiev city hall occupied by Svoboda, where the portrait of Stepan Bandera is displayed. Temporarily installed white supremacist insignia (inset).
« On Sunday, February 23, after the emotion caused by the many deaths, there was a certain political euphoria, the joy of Yanukovych’s departure and the visit by the population of his luxurious residence in Mejigorie… which the former president had privatized and which is now taken over by the state. My cameraman, originally from Zaporozhie, and very hesitant about the Maïdan « revolution », was suddenly proud to have contributed to the change of regime by coming to Kiev. Then he was quickly disillusioned.
… the Parliament seems to be stunned. There is no more opposition, whatever the proposed law… It is important to know that the strongmen of « Praviy Sektor » are standing guard in front of the Parliament, which does not encourage the deputies to vote against. An impressive number of laws pass without discussion.
What is most surprising is the way the new cabinet is presented. Before being proposed to Parliament, the future ministers are proposed to the Maïdan, to the street, which decides on their appointments. The ministers are presented one by one: « Do you accept that such and such a person is a minister… » and the Maïdan responds by cheering or by refusing. Unsurprisingly, since Svoboda and Praviy Sektor took the largest part in the conquest of power on the barricades, they have the largest number of deaths from sniper fire, which they probably ordered, they now demand their due and get it. That’s how we see that some thugs, a few days earlier throwing paving stones at the cops, suddenly get a ministry, cheered by the Maidan... «
It should be known to what extent the tolerance of moderate citizens to the followers of brute force, has been promoted by the sophisticated subversion of the American soft power. Through USAID, the NED (National Endowment for Democracy) and other foundations, all kinds of associations, from anti-corruption to the protection of rare bees and butterflies, are funded and insidiously influenced.
Once the dynamic is launched, the snowball effect takes over, sustained by media propaganda, but also by very human feelings and rationalities. One does not turn one’s back overnight to a movement that one has supported for months, and which answers or seems to answer one’s ideals or aspirations, to a « victory » over injustice. It is easy then to believe in what suits us, and to close our eyes to what disturbs us, including monstrosities whose scope is attenuated by a « doubt » maintained by the media propaganda.
The people have regained power in the streets of Kiev, but which « people« ?
Initial Maidan coalition provide some hints. Its flank to the right of the far right and beyond is overflowing.
Deputy Prime Minister: Oleksandr Sych
Minister of Defense: Igor Tenyukh
Minister of Ecology: Andrei Mokhnyk
Minister of Agriculture: Ihor Shvaika
On Praviy Sektor militia side:
Minister of Education and Science: Serhiy Kvit
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council: Andrei Parubiy, the « commander of Maïdan ».
Minister of Youth and Sports: Dmitri Bulatov.
Minister of Internal Affairs: Arsen Avakov.
Arsen Avakov is not a member of Praviy Sektor, but he was Minister of Interior Affairs during the Odessa massacre and will be a pivotal figure in the establishment of the fascist repressive apparatus; his future connections will clear up any ambiguity: in 2016, Arsen Avakov places Vadim Troyan at the head of the national police, who was deputy commander of the neo-Nazi Azov battalion at the height of the civil war.
Minister Serhiy Kvit is an ex-member of the banderist paramilitary faction Trident, a key component of the Praviy Sektor (Right Sector) organization, which is a fascist militias gathering led by Kvit’s old friend Dmitri Iaroch.
Announced « from the Maidan scene after people started chanting the name of the leader of Praviy Sektor« , the appointment of Dmitri Iaroch as Deputy Secretary of the Council for National Security and Defense makes him Andreiy Parubiy’s sidekick.
Dmitry Iaroch is responsible for creating the neo-Nazi battalion Azov with recruits from Praviy Sektor as early as March 2014, sent to the front lines of the civil war, on the fronts of Donetsk and Mariupol in particular.
The rioter Dmitri Boulatov, appointed Minister of Youth and Sports, is a member of the UNA-UNSO, a paramilitary cell in the continuity of the OUN-UPA created by the nationalist « hero » Stepan Bandera in the 1930s. Integrated into the SS Galicia division in 1939, these militias massacred thousands Jews in Lviv, then flew with their own brown wings after 1943 and carried out ethnic cleansing operations, engaging in systematic executions and torture of Jewish, Polish and Gypsies men, women and children.
Here is what commander of UPA militia Roman Shukhevych wrote in combat handbook :
All far-right factions and parties claim the heritage of Stepan Bandera, the father of their essentialized Ukrainian nation.
Svoboda party leader Oleh Tiagnibok, not to say « Führer », co-founder with Parubiy of the social-nationalist party, has been too outspoken in his anti-Semitic diatribes to appear in government organization charts. He is waiting for his moment, exercising a certain power behind the scenes of the Euromaidan.
The setting up of the Maïdan arsenal is of course closely controlled by the United States, as shown by this meeting of the future Prime Minister Arsène Yatsenouk and the leader of Svoboda with Senator John McCain, the American Ayatollah of the fight against Russian State:
A month before the overthrow, on January 28, 2014, U.S. Ambassador to Kiev Geoffrey Pyatt was briefed by Secretary of State Victoria Nuland (the Russians are better at eavesdropping than poison):
Nuland: What do you think?
Pyatt: I think we’re in the dance. The Klitschko piece [ex-boxer, UDAR party leader] is obviously the complicated electron here [ … ]
Nuland: Well. I don’t think Klitsch should enter the government. I don’t think it’s necessary, I don’t think it’s a good idea.
[He won’t go in].
Nuland: I think Yats is the guy who has the economic experience, the government experience. He’s the-what he needs is Klitsch and Tyahnybok on the sidelines.
[Yats is the nickname of Yatseniuk, leader of the « United Opposition » coalition focused on EU membership. He will be Prime Minister until 2016. Oleg Tyahnybok is the leader of the fascist Svoboda party, he will not be nominated, as expected. Perhaps because of his exhibitionist streak].
Euromaidan, a State of war
These appointments confirm the full control of the state’s law enforcement structures by the far-right leaders, but also of the national education structures, at a time when no large-scale anti-Maidan demonstration has yet taken place in the country. Everything is happening as if the Maidan government was anticipating a merciless and long-lasting civil war (youth is the future…).
They can’t ignore that the legislative reforms carried out in hurry, moreover by a non-elected government, are absolutely unacceptable for the Ukrainians of Russian affinity. We recognize there the neocon’s Shock Doctrine, in perfect adequacy with the ideology of the bandériste nationalism.
The shock triggers unsurprisingly massive protests in the east and south of the country, where the Maidan authorities are considered illegitimate; gathering in front of town halls, citizens loudly shout « No to fascism!”
In the Crimean Peninsula, which has an advanced autonomous status, the local Supreme Court relies on the case law of Kosovo’s independence to affirm the conformity of its independence with international law, should the referendum be favourable; which was indeed on March 16, 2014, with officially 94% of the vote.
In the Donbass, several municipalities make a declaration of non-recognition of the Maidan government, with the support of the population and often, entire units of police and army. The independence referendum will be held on May 11, 2014, in extreme tension.
It is time to delve into the nature of the Ukrainian « right wing of the right wing« , as described by the head of the Foreign Affairs at the time, Laurent Fabius, who has since become the lackey saboteur of French Constitutional rights.
The omnipresent Andreiy Parubiy founded in 1991, together with Oleg Tiagnibok, the « Social-Nationalist » party, which he left at the time of the facelift that gave rise to the Svoboda party in 2004.
Youth of the Social Nationalist Party in the 1990s:
With an axial symmetry, we find the Nazi rune of the wolf’s hook or « Wolfsangel », emblem of the SS division « Das Reich » of sinister memory in Oradour sur Glane amidst their French bloody tour, emblem taken over by the Azov regiment.
The reference to Nazism is weakly contradicted, as the interlocking I and N also mean « Idea of the Nation », which is indeed a mantra of the doctrine developed by the historical nationalist Yaroslav Stetsko, one of the main inspirers of the Social-Nationalist party. Stetsko was in 1941 a leader of the OUN-B, a faction of the Nationalist Organization of Ukraine led by Stepan Bandera.
From the end of June 1941, the OUN actively participated in the progrom of the Jews of Lviv on the side of the Nazis, providing indoctrinated militiamen and lists of Jews to be executed in priority. It was at this precise moment that Yaroslav Stetsko wrote in a memorandum on July 7, 1941:
« I […] fully appreciate the undeniably harmful and hostile role of the Jews, who are helping Moscow to enslave Ukraine. […] I Therefore support the destruction of the Jews and the expedience of bringing German methods of exterminating jewery to Ukraine, barring their assimilation and the like« .
This formalized adherence to Nazi anti-Semitic criminality goes far beyond a simple nationalist opportunism, contrary to what Euromaidan revisionism would have us believe. The Lviv pogrom was followed by systematic massacres of Poles and Jews by the UPA militias of the OUN, on their own initiative and independently of the Germans.
The doctrinaire writing « The Two Revolutions » by Yaroslav Stetsko, a reference for the Social-Nationalists, has the appearance of a manual of good conduct (emphasis added):
« The educational context of heroes is not different from that of the whole citizenship. They alone have the capacity to deepen and correctly discern ethical values. They bear inside of them a strong tension of will, an acute perception, organic assimilation and initiative (of their own accord) in the face of ethical maxims, a fanatical fascination with the idea… Heroism is the result of idealism. It is not only a potential disposition, but a real disposition in life, it is a manifestation of idealism in the ranks, a real manifestation of ideality and ethics, in the face of a formidable danger to individual life. Bridging the gap between the real possible and the desirable, between the end and the means, when it is necessary to risk one’s life, is the hero’s competition.«
« There is a struggle, a struggle for a new complete type, for a complete national-social-altruistic man (freedom), the ideal of it on a large scale, among the broadest masses. »
« We speak of duty, not ‘sacrifice’… The ideal of the new world is to make the size of today’s ‘sacrifice’ in our sense of obligation at least equal to the size of today’s selfish uses in the wider circles of citizenship. »
« The national fighter does not seek the death of the man, but the victory of the national idea. He eliminates not the man but the personification of foreign domination over his nation. He does not aspire to the « happiness of knife and blood », but to the happiness of the victory of the idea. When the way to victory is through blood, corpses and consecrated swords, then blood, corpses and swords are the means to the end. And the joy of using them is the joy of being the only means to achieve victory, the realization of an idea. And the elimination of a person or an obstacle is due to the fact that he opposes the realization of an ideal. »
The leaders of Ukraine’s Euromaidan seem to have applied the precepts of Yaroslav Stetsko to the letter, as disciplined students. The glorification of nationalist « heroes« , the imposed daily figure of the Bandera salute « Glory to the heroes« , the torchlight marches in the streets of Kiev with the effigy of Stepan Bandera, are not commemorations, but initiatory rites forming the new Ukrainian, summoned to serve the « Idea of the nation« ; the mysticism of the Bandera hero is not without ties with the Hitlerian « Übermensch » concept.
The Maidan activists who went to confront the berkuts on Intituts’ka Avenue were only doing their duty, and it doesn’t matter if those who fell were murdered by their own comrades – both of them acting on the orders of the « Maidan commanders » – since it was « the means to the end« ; at least that’s how the social-nationalist must think; at least that’s how the « heavenly centuria« , this cohort of sacrificed modern heroes, has been raised.
The idea of the Maidan nation is a hybridization between the Ukrainian Banderist aims, which in 2014 represent only a fraction of the Western Ukraine, and the globalist idea carried by the United States and its European vassals, whose everlasting common enemy is the Russian federation. Senators John MacCain and Lindsey Graham crossed the ocean to emphasize their support to Ukrainian soldiers, in presence of President Poroshenko: « 2017 will be the year of the offense…Enough of Russia’s aggression. It is time for them to pay a heavier price« .
More intelligent but no less cynical, the American strategist Brzezinski pointed out « the primary issue », in 1998 already:
“Deprived from Ukraine, Russia is no more a Eurasian empire, Ukraine constitutes the primary issue… If Western world had to choose between democratic Ukraine and independent Ukraine hostile to Russia, the strategical interests should determine our positioning, regardless of democratic considerations “.
The pebble in Uncle Sam’s boot matches the internal enemy of the Banderists, it is the Ukrainian descendant of the « Bolsheviks », the obstacle « which opposes the realization of an ideal« , object condemned to « elimination« . With the claim to such an ideology, the Social-Nationalist nomenclature of the eponymous party, the Wolfsangel derived from Nazi symbolism, not to mention the pogroms of the Bandera era, the sanctified hero, the parenthood with Nazism is straightforward.
It is not by chance that Stetsko remains a reference. Exiled with him since 1945, in Munich in particular, his wife Slava Stetsko worked tirelessly to perpetuate the Idea, first in the West, then after her return to Ukraine, four years after the death of her husband. On a Ukrainian bibliographic site, one can read:
« The « Trident » is the direct successor of Bandera through Slava Stetsko, who in the early 1990s facilitated, thanks to his energy and relations with emigrants, the organization of a whole group of nationalist organizations of various persuasions. « Trident » was a paramilitary youth wing associated with the Congress of Ukrainian Nationalists [founded by Slava Stetsko.].«
This relentless nationalist, who has « co-organized international conferences, congresses in Washington, Toronto, Munich… Chicago, Manchester, Paris, Madrid, Rome » as a leader in the « Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations » (ABN, chaired by her husband), who « knew personally the leaders of many States« , died in 2003 after two terms as a deputy of Ukraine, had time to transmit the doctrine and methods of the OUN (which she also reactivated and presided over), she contributed to the reorganization of factions and parties, undoubtedly making her links with Western services, which cooperated with the banditry throughout the Cold War, bear fruit.
Slava Stetsko and Yaroslav Stetsko (standing up), conference in Taiwan in 1955
A declassified CIA document indicates that the dual role of the ABN was to support nationalist guerrillas in Ukraine, « and to conduct propaganda abroad« ; a « source alleges that Bandera personnel worked for American, British and even French intelligence. » In 1949, « negotiations for a meeting of the OUN were held at the appartment of Yaroslav Stetsko…« .
[ Keep in mind that the leader of Praviy Sektor and initiator of the Azov battalion, Dmitry Iaroch, was the leader of the Trident faction from 1995, thus Slava Stetsko instruction was done without intermediaries; moreover, the first Maidan minister of Education and Science is a former Trident member, friend of Iaroch. Educational and military domains are organically shaped together to achieve Banderist aims.]
These nationalists, past and present, riveted to the legacy of Stepan Bandera, share one essential constant: none of them builds any lesson from the very long, chilling and bloody campaign of killings and tortures carried out by OUN-UPA organs in Galicia and Volhynia.
The historian Norman Davies, relates in the book « No Simple Victory »:
» Villages were torched. Roman Catholic priests were axed or crucified. Churches were burned with all their parishioners. Isolated farms were attacked by gangs carrying pitchforks and kitchen knives. Throats were cut. Pregnant women were bayoneted. Children were cut in two. Men were ambushed in the field and led away. The perpetrators could not determine the province’s future. But at least they could determine that it would be a future without Poles. »
Historian Mark Mazower quotes a written order from the OUN dated early 1944:
« Liquidate all Polish traces. Destroy all walls in the Catholic Church and other Polish prayer houses. Destroy orchards and trees in the courtyards so that there will be no trace that someone lived there…. Pay attention to the fact that when something remains that is Polish, then the Poles will have pretensions to our land.”
Of this visibly planned ethnic cleansing, of unconceivable atrocity, the Ukrainian nationalists do not speak; they deny the evidence. The vice-rector of the « Ostroh academy » spoke on Radio Liberty in 2016: “Speculations on the theme of the « Wolyn massacre », which is often demonized and mythologized, contribute to the cultivation of anti-Ukrainian feelings.”
Bogdan Chervak, current head of the OUN:
« The fighting on the Ukrainian side, especially the OUN and the UPA, had only one goal – to liberate the territory of Volhynia from the occupying forces, among them the Poles, especially the Home Army, who considered Volhynia to be part of Poland. »
According to historians, the number of slaughtered people vary from 35,000 to 100,000, the majority of whom were women and children, in the manner known to us. That would therefore come down to “liberating the territory.”
The problem with such a capacity for denial is that the unspeakable, the inconceivable, the monstrous ends up being reproduced, especially when the heirs have left unchanged the fundamentals of the driving ideology, as if they were frozen in an immutable belief.
Euromaidan even reproduced the oppression of the Polish authorities over this region. For example, while in the 1920s Poland had banned the Ukrainian language in schools and administration, Ukrainian nationalists did the same with the Russian language in 2014.
If I oppress you, it is normal, if you oppress me, I destroy you.
Such is the maxim that looms in the blur of this appalling ideo-logic.
No wonder, then, that the Banderist patterns are perpetuated, including an almost normalized practice of torture and countless summary executions as of 2014. The persecution points to the televised words of President Poroshenko, seeing the future of the children of Donbass « in the cellars », implicit promises of bombing with no matter of military objectives, which will be cynically monitored, eight years long, by targeting, at varying intensities, buildings, houses, schools, hospitals in activity.
The definitive proof of the existence of acts of savagery has been delivered in recent weeks, with these images of Russian and Donbassian prisoners, pure confessions which we do not know if they are the result of the pride of the cruel beast, or the will to spread terror.
The known video where Ukrainian soldiers shoot in series on the legs of Russian prisoners is located near Kharkiv in Malaya Rohan (see France 24 article), a combat zone where a « Kraken » unit reputed for its violence, was present.
President Zelensky’s advisor, Oleksiy Arestovitch, does not deny the war crime, promises « an investigation », and finds it necessary to say that « if it turns out that the soldier had relatives and children killed in Kharkiv, then we understand that…« .
An embedded reporter on the Ukrainian side confirms the rule, spreading the news: « … Ukrainian volunteers, as far as I know, do not take any prisoners« .
The exactions are brandished on social networks like trophies, like this young Russian captive, shown alive but already tortured (his eye is enucleated), then lying dead, with the mention « Looking for nazis », implying that he found them.
Several executions to death are filmed, punctuated by a victorious « Hail to the heroes! », as shown here, where three Russians have apparently had their throats slit, the last agonizing one being finished off with a rifle in front of the camera (the New York Times has authenticated the video).
Other Russian prisoners are hanged, burned alive attached to a chain or crucified… There is no limit to the horror and sadism.
To complete the circle, five deserters from the Ukrainian army explain why they fled Rubeznhoye to surrender to the Russians: « They brought about twenty people, women and men, civilians with white armbands on their arms, and we were ordered to shoot them.” The principals are said to be from Praviy Sektor, so the regular army would be under the authority of fascist militias, probably under the status of « territorial defense units », at least in the Donbass. The soldiers would have refused to execute the civilians, then fled, taking advantage of a festive evening.
[See here the testimonies of the inhabitants of Marioupol on the modus operandi of the Ukrainian army towards civilians in 2022 (links to English subtitled videos); or this report on torture in Marioupol and Khramatorsk in 2014/2015, with possible involvement of agents of the CIA and MI6.]
An essential question remains: How has the Banderist ideology been deployed in Ukraine since 2014?
The end justifies the means
From the outset, the Euromaidan coalition decided to impose its policy, which is openly hostile to a whole part of Ukrainian society, by force. After six weeks of existence, the Maidan government is already sending tanks against the civilian population. After three months, it sends supersonic aircraft to bomb cities. On June 2, 2014, the residents of Lugansk observe a strange aerial sweep, stunned and incredulous.
To justify the dispatch of military troops, the anti-Maidan movement is declared « terrorist », not without some resistance within the army. In Kramatorsk, Colonel Aleksandr Shvets disobeyed, declaring that « Not once in Ukraine’s entire history has even one an airborne trooper aimed or shot at their own people« .
One can see that the Maidan coalition, also called military « junta », has to face not only a regional resistance, but also a diffuse resistance in the whole territory, with an increasing gradation towards the East. If it may have been underestimated, this resistance is clearly anticipated, and the ultra-nationalists placed in key positions of the military and police hierarchy, hasten to compensate for the weakening of defections by activating extremist paramilitary forces. Battalions of « volunteers » proliferate, fed by the armed factions of Praviy Sektor, hooligans, convicts and other thugs (many are released from prison by an amnesty law, or by contracts in which they commit themselves to fighting in exchange for early release)…
Azov Battalion: financed by the oligarch Kolomoïskiy, set up by the leader of Praviy Sektor, Dmitri Iaroch. The first commander is Andreiy Biletskiy, leader of the Patriots of Ukraine party, a pure Nazi demanding national « racial purification » towards a “third empire“ (in German, “IIId Reich“ ; see his basic reproduction of the Nazi doctrine). Azov’s veterans formed the National Corps party in 2016, chaired by Biletskiy.
Andreiy Biletskiy on stage with Svoboda leader Oleh Tiagnibok :
Battalion Aïdar: co-financed by the oligarch Kolomoïskiy. Initiated by Sergei Melnychuk, captain of self-defense maidan, elected deputy of the Radical Party in 2014. Hundreds of leading fighters were selected by Andreiy Parubiy, founder of the Social-Nationalist party and future president of the parliament.
Dnepr-1 Battalion: Linked to Kolomoyskiy. Svoboda deputy Andrey Denisenko is in charge of the training and recruitment of the battalion. Dnepr-1 officer Vlodimir Parasiouk was a group leader of « Maidan defenders » known for his violence, a probable killer of Berkuts in Kiev. He claimed in 2020 to have « opened fire with his group in response to Berkuts’ shooting« . Dnepr-1 is suspected of having participated in the Odessa massacre.
Denisenko and Parasiouk join the Ukrop, a viscerally Russophobic parliamentary group co-led by Praviy Sektor leader Dmitri Iaroch. The Ukrop became a political party in 2016.
Sich Battalion: Dedicated to political repression in non-conflict regions, but considered hostile (high rate of Russian speakers…). Seven deputies of the Rada are more or less directly involved, from the Svoboda party or its ancestor the Social-Nationalist party, including Andreiy Tiagnibok, the brother of the head of Svoboda, and Oleg Ossoukhoski, Svoboda deputy until 2019.
Donbass Battalion: Same mission as the Sich, based in Dnepopetrovsk; co-financed by Kolomoyskiy.
Amnesty International has identified « more than thirty so-called ‘volunteer’ battalions, » some of which will become part of the AFU army, such as the Azov and Aïdar regiments. Neo-Nazis and white supremacists are very attracted to these formations, and simple psychopaths or delinquents swell the ranks.
A remarkable element is the interweaving of the political and the military, as in the case of the bandit parties, which are always associated with a paramilitary component. Parubiy (Secretary of the Committee for Defense and National Security), Iaroch (advisor to the Chief of Staff of the Army in 2015), Biletskiy (promoted to the Ministry of the Interior), Svoboda deputies directed by their leader Tiagnibok, all are involved in the process of state and legislative decision-making, while controlling the management of battalions down to low level officers. To ensure the uncompromising march of the « Idea of the Nation« , the field operatives must be ready to bridge “the gap… between the end and the means« , wrote Stetsko.
In its short report titled « Abuses and War Crimes… », Amnesty only looked at the Aïdar case: “Members of the Aïdar Territorial Defense Battalion, which operates in the northern Luhansk region, have been implicated in widespread abuses, including abductions, illegal detentions, ill-treatment, robbery, extortion and possible executions.”
Despite thousands of complaints submitted to the ECHR and the ICTY by human rights groups and organizations in Luhansk and Donetsk, no international investigation, let alone trial, has been launched.
Order and disorder under Banderist revival
The main argument used by the West to minimize the fascist drift in Ukraine’s Maidan is that the openly nationalist parties only got a few percent in the parliamentary elections. This is true, but this purely accounting view does not reflect reality.
[To simplify, all the Nazi, fascist, hard nationalist tendencies… will be designated under the term « Banderist »].
The enemy designated by Ukraine Maidan, from its premises, is the Russian state. The external enemy is one thing, the internal enemy another. Euromaidan has held the civil war against the Donbass republics since 2014, but also a muted war within Ukraine controlled territory, against people who for decades considered themselves Ukrainian as much as Russian, through their descent, native language, Slavo-Russian ethnic origins, cultural, historical or political positioning.
A form of purification has occurred, in different ways:
- Some fled to the Crimea (which soon became part of Russia) like this Kiev prosecutor (see here & there), or to the Donbass, or to Russia.
- Some simply expressed their opposition to the measures of the Maidan coalition, as in Kiev, Odessa, Dniepopetrovsk… These have suffered the full force of repression by the political police (SBU) and other units.
While battalions of Banderist volunteers were eventually attached to Arsen Avakov’s Ministry of the Interior, equipped and trained with heavy weapons, the Minister of Defense Mikhail Koval is setting up « territorial defense units » throughout the country, by selecting « volunteers » (sometimes under duress!) based on their « patriotic attitude », charged with enforcing curfews, « fighting sabotage and reconnaissance groups », « maintaining security and public order… ».
With such prerogatives, which moreover encroach on the established police, the path is wide open to arbitrariness, especially since the Praviy Sektor militiamen and other hardened Banderists necessarily have a leading role.
Oppression is extreme for any Ukrainian having affinities with Russia, any sign of belonging (ribbon of St George of the ancestors…) can be used as « proof » of collusion with the « terrorists », during searches. Feelings of mistrust, hatred or anti-Russian racism are inevitably instilled, particularly among young people, according to the news about the « pro-Russian terrorists » of Donbass, or media propaganda, when it is not directly taught in schools. Speaking Russian in a bar, speaking Ukrainian with a Russian accent, or not answering with a « Heroiyim Slava », can get you into serious trouble. As long as these populations remain in large numbers in Ukraine, the atmosphere is extremely unhealthy.
The assassinations and suspect death of several journalists insubordinate to the official doxa or working for russian media will have been enough to terrorize the others, and the banning of the media decreed « pro-Kremlin », backed by new laws prioritized by Andreiy Parubiy, finish to sink the country in the unique Euromaidan thought.
This is how a fascist repressive order in the service of the « Idea of the Nation« , latent or violent, is installed in Ukraine throughout eight years of conflict.
The government obviously does not fully control the internal security policy. It has to deal with:
. NATO and US supervision.
. Bandera-cult nationalists who have the upper hand in the military & civilian field forces of the state.
. The oligarchs, including Komoloiskiy, who cooperate with the Banderists, in a context of aggravated corruption.
Knowing that neither the United States, nor the Banderists, nor the main part of the Ukrainian political class had any desire to calm down relations with Russia, the situation has deteriorated to the current breaking point.
President Zelensky did have some support for appeasement; in March 2020, Sergei Sivokho, ex-candidate of the « People’s Servants » party named advisor to the Security and Defense Council, exposes at a press conference the « National Platform for Reconciliation« , whose goal was to peacefully resolve the conflict with the Donbass. He was interrupted and then thrown to the ground by militants of the National Corps, a political body derived from Azov regiment veterans. Physical violence by confirmed neo-Nazis is equivalent to a death threat, the platform will not go further.
The judicial system does not work differently, when Banderists are at risk of trial for murder. At the end of 2015, it was an armed band of Praviy Sektor that broke into the office of three judges in charge of the Odessa massacre, in presence of several media (!!). All three of them signed their resignation letter, the mass murderers are still running.
The Banderist factions operate transparently, as with the torture and execution of Russian prisoners: no terror without publicity of terror.
These controlled actions do not affect public opinion in any way, thanks to the propaganda machine of the local and Western media, dedicated to the Euromaidan cause and largely indifferent to the Nazi crimes perpetrated over the past eight years. These intimidations are fully consistent with the Banderist ideology of fusion between political objectives and physical combat, including threats, the end justifying the means.
As for the Zelensky government (like its predecessors), it is bound hand and foot to the factions that ensure the fascist order and the war front, but also to the power of the oligarchs, within a swamp where each one ensures a share of the cake of corruption and funds allocated by the West (Zelenskiy himself appeared in the Panama papers, which raised many questions.)
Legislative and governmental connections
The Banderists have access to the political decision making hubs, not always legible on paper. The career of Andreiy Parubiy, a major player in the 2014 coup (see above), is very instructive. Immediately appointed Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, in duo with Praviy Sektor leader Dmitri Iaroch, he contributed to the establishment of the fascist repressive apparatus and the rapid escalation to civil war.
Having left the Social-Nationalist party in 2005, his Nazi affiliations are gradually becoming more discreet. In 2012 he was elected deputy of the party Front for Change led by Arseni Yatsenyuk, the future Prime Minister of Maidan, which he follows in his new party Popular Front to be elected deputy in the early elections of autumn 2014. The Maidan Ukrainian political family has its own ways to tolerate hardcore Banderists. The position of « Vice-president » of the national Assembly (the Verknovda Rada) will even be created expressly for him; re-elected in 2016, he becomes President of the Verknovda Rada (not sure it makes much difference), and in 2019 he joins the brand new party « European Solidarity« , lead by then President Poroshenko.
Thus, the « Social-nationalist » Andreiy Parubiy manages the legislative agenda at fast pace for five years, representing at first the party of the Prime Minister, making the link with the Banderist nebula including Praviy Sektor, but also probably the United States. He went to Washington in 2016 for the US-Ukraine Security Dialogue, where his speech amounting, according to The nation, « to little more than a recitation of neocon talking points« , was nevertheless described as « inspiring and impressive » by the member of the Atlantic Council Ariel Cohen. Parubiy clearly did not contradict Stephen Blank, a member of the U.S. Foreign Policy Council, who introduced the Dialogue this way : « Putin cannot and will not stop…we must stop Putin, because nothing else will » because indeed, « there is no basis » for a dialogue with Russia.
Putin is so unstoppable that six years later, he was still in a holding pattern, watching the Donbass conflict and the Minsk II agreements bog down, even finding himself led to calm down some impatient fellows in Russia; indeed, Russian presidential deputy Dmitry Kosak declared in July 2020:
« Regarding the various statements of political figures and organizations about the possibility and prospects of the integration of Donbass into the Russian Federation. This is exclusively the opinion of their authors. At the State level, the issue has never been considered in these terms, even for the near future. »
On the side of Ukraine, what did President Zelenskiy elected in August 2019? Reconduct the post of Deputy Prime Minister in charge of « Euro-Atlantic integration« , that is, to consider integration into NATO. President Putin must have appreciated the signal.
Whether he was advised by Parubiy, or pressurized by the White House neocons, Zelenskiy’s only success was to give the illusion of a pacifying will. An illusion that has only statistical value: between two attempts to impose a cease-fire in the Donbass, totally unacceptable to the neo-Nazis who control the game on the ground and are supported by the American neocons, Zelenskiy reminded us of his allegiance with this kind of assertion: « NATO is the only way to put an end to the war in the Donbass. The MAP [action plan for NATO membership] will be a real signal to Russia » (April 6, 2021).
Stephen Blank must have been impressed and inspired…
Zelenskiy did not even get a halt to the bombing in the strictly civilian areas of Donbass, which is a continuous violation of the Minsk II agreements and the Geneva Conventions:
- Under Zelinskiy mandate: see here two months after his election in 2019, là en 2020, là en 2021, ici en 2022…
- Under Poroshenko mandate: ici en 2015, ici en 2016, là, ici et là en 2017, ici en 2018…
Local official and several war reporters have gathered tons of evidence of intentional strikes on civilians, ignored by the West. Zelenskiy has always denied them.
This schizophrenic diplomacy’s power of conviction relies solely on the stroboscopic information cadenced by the Western press and TV shows.
On the side of political representation, the party that ended second in the 2019 parliamentary elections, European Solidarity, deserves our attention. In October 2021, eleven deputies and members of this party joyfully intoned inside the Verkhnovda Rada (Unicameral Assembly, there is no Senate in Ukraine) « Our father is Bandera, our mother is Ukraine, we will fight for Ukraine…« , a song in vogue on social networks, which they punctuate with the greeting « Slava ukrayina, Herojam słava [Glory to the Heroes] ».
By now we know the place of the concept of heroes in the Banderist ideology; the survivors of the Odessa massacre have known this for a long time.
In her « Memoirs of Oksana« , one of them tells: « I knew that they were going to put us on our knees, to make us shout Glory to Ukraine, and I realized – especially because I would not comply – that death was waiting for me« . Tatiana, escaped in extremis from the burning building: « I heard those wild songs of the Banderists « Glory to the heroes! for the united and indivisible country!“, when I was sitting on the grass of Kulikovo, hawking and spitting out black resin« .
Millions of Ukrainians have a similar perception. If they have not fled, these citizens still live in Odessa. The cry of « Glory » from the democratic Verknovda Rada is heard as a call for submission to the fascist order.
The red dressed lady in the photo, Ivanna Klympush-Cyncadze, was Deputy Prime Minister in charge of European and Euro-Atlantic integration from 2016 to 2019. On her right stands Volodymyr Vyatrovych, bearded and smiling, historian specialist of the OUN-UPA trained at the University of Lviv (Banderist stronghold in Western Ukraine). The Maidan coalition appointed him, in March 2014, to head the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory; for the 2015 « decommunization » law, he drew up a fat list of 520 Soviet personalities to be removed from the public space (street names, monuments…). He is the man of trust to print the history of Bandera in its revision the most attractive, relativized and decriminalized.
MP Mykola Kniazhytsky (left in the 1st row) is from Lviv, he notably voted in 2015 for the law which rehabilitates the « fighters for the independence of Ukraine in the twentieth century« , without exclusion of those who integrated the SS Galicia division, nor any mention of the planned ethnic cleansing.
Should we then assimilate this « European Solidarity » to the mechanical and organic solidarity of Nazi-fascist ideologies?
This would be a hurried shortcut, but the attitude of European leaders, Homo Erectus specimen grown against the Russian state, exalted by their success in controlling people through Covid (let us not forget the thousands of physicians having lost their jobs for misaligned scientific and citizen opinions, nor the mutation of our Constitutions into disposable mops…), give us hints about the tendencies of this « solidarity« .
To conclude the overview, let us briefly review Zelenskiy’s governments.

Assignments related to the privileged areas of Banderist nationalism, Security (Repression – Wars), Justice (Impunity of criminals on duty…), Education (Endoctrination), Territories (« Occupied« ), highlights the attention paid to the native culture of the protagonist ministers, almost exclusively originating from the western regions, historically dominated by the Banderist political forces (Lviv, Ivano-Frankisk, Khmelnitsky…) The first Euromaidan teams having set up the structures and launched the dynamic, it is enough to ensure the loyalty of the ministerial administrators, without necessarily calling on ideological leaders; the latter continue to exercise the real power, behind the scenes, through the back door, or within the Verknovda Rada (which exercises a legislative power less derisory than the French-style registration chambers), or within the academy (rewriting of history by the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory… ), or by parastatal terrorism.
Among the visible signs of this hegemony, stands the perennial existence of camps for children aged six and over, instructed in the handling of weapons by instructors of the Azov regiment. From this nursery for future neo-Nazis, tolerated or encouraged by the Ukrainian state, the « newspaper » Le Monde paints us an idyllic picture of the « little soldiers of Ukraine »; solidarity one says… Those who were 11 years old when it opened in 2015 may be on the front line now, or even dead for a cause hammered into their pre-pubescent kid brains.
The Bandera cult is more and more banal in Maidan society, his figure is common place in the streets through Kiev massive marches, but also through ukranian media coverage, monuments raised to his cult maily from west side including Kiev, through politicians as we saw with European Solidarity…
Another sign of the times, a (quickly deleted) message from Zelenskiy_official dated May 9, the day of victory against Hitler in Russia, features a soldier wearing the « Totenkopf » of a Waffen SS division, originally formed by guards of Nazi death camps. If this is not intentional, it is because they no longer know where their Nazis are – according to various observers, neo-Nazi officers have been scattered among the pre-existing units of the Army of Ukraine (AFU).
Fascist and Nazi countries have always been at war, against their own people or against foreign peoples. No exception in Maidan Ukraine, or what is left of it, pushed into the precipice by the Atlantic winds. The deriving blob made of European entities, which are no longer nations, is dragging Ukraine alongside, and by correlation and reciprocity, the EU blob is accelerating its own fascization.
The peoples of the blob, tossed about like corks in a storm, will experience sufferings proportional to those they have been allowing to spread to their doors. The trompe-l’oeil decors set up by the stubborn Liers, Goebbels ersatz disguised as democrats, will collapse of their own accord one day or another. The sooner these decors fall, shaken by the citizens’ impulse of decency and truth, the less hard our fall will be.
